Well he's had 3 basic outfits in the anime, but you probably want to go with the first and classic look:

It's easy to tell the original outfit from all the others: it's the only one where his hat has a white front with that stylized C shape on it. All the outfits after that had the same green half Pokéball motif on a black background (like my avvie here). So any pic with the right hat will do.

I wish I could find a Pokéball or two for ya. Toys R Us sells some merchandise...

I'm sure I'll be able to find a Pokeball somewhere. I should try to get someone else to dress up as Pikachu and follow me around. :P
