Beth Low rocks my effing socks

Today I got to watch a session of the Missouri House of Representatives. They spent fifteen minutes discussing quail. That was pretty awesome.

I also got to interview Representative Beth Low. Turns out she's a UU, she goes to All Souls when she has time, and she practically worships Reverend Eller. She also swore twice, which I didn't expect. I liked her a lot. She gave me a bottle of water.

Sharai and I are doing an article on the event for the Spectrum, and Kyle's doing a separate one. I'm also going to do two side articles, if Craig lets me- one on the quail and one on the separation of church and state. Plus the Scott Church interview I wrote right after it happened, and an opinions article on attention-seeking and hair dye that I hammered out because I forgot to bring the Scott Church article on Monday.

I'd better get busy on these...
