Help me, PC people?

Uhm. Why won't my disk drive open? I pushed the button, and the green light flashed twice, but it stayed shut. And I tried right-clicking on the drive icon and ejecting it from there- no dice. There's a Netflix disc in there (Paprika, which was hella trippy) and I would really like to be able to get it in the mail Monday.
