Another day, no more @$&#&*ing dollars

Today I made hummus, from scratch, holding Lincoln almost the entire time. That is no simple feat, I'll have you know. 'S damn good hummus too. *is proud* I also watched Jason Garfield's "Juggling Master II". Best line, IMO (rough quote, I don't know the exact wording): "You tell someone juggling is a sport... and they laugh. You tell them it's an art... and they laugh. You tell them there's a magazine about juggling... and they laugh a LOT. You punch them in the face... and they stop laughing."

To do:
-buy Cord's b-day present
-buy Denis's b-day present
-buy Dan's V-day present
-get money to buy said presents with
-unpack
-history paper
-study for bio test
-finish reading Exodus, goddammit
-clean room
-rip up postcard from writing muse, who is evidently vacationing in New Zealand
-laundry

Hmm. I could do the history paper now, even though it's not due till Tuesday. Wow, I don't think I've ever gotten anything done that far in advance, let's see if I can pull it off.

we do have two cats; unfortunately, they are named after DNA proteins (adenine and uracil) instead of presidents. however, the mental image of jedusor clutching a kitty while running the blender is a memorable mental image.

It's sooo much better than the hummus you buy. Garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt is all you need. I'll give you the recipe if you want.
