So, that 128-MB .mp3 player I was going to get in Independence? We didn't end up going out to get it... because Mom and Bill decided that, due to my exemplary grades this semester and the fact that my birthday is coming up in July, they would buy me an iPod Shuffle.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I'm uploading songs onto it right now, and it's soooooo cool. It's tiny and attaches to a lanyard around my neck and I bet it'll be great for running and it comes with earbuds and and and *bounces* yaaaay! *cuddles iPod Shuffle happily*

We leave tomorrow... Abby, if you're reading this, I really need to hear from you about whether or not we can stay with you guys.

EDIT: The iPod Shuffle has a name: Zephyr. I chose that particular title because it's incredibly light and "zephyr" means "a light breeze," and also as a tribute to QAF. However, zephyrofgod, you can pretend it's named after you if you want :)
