I was looking at the Phi Theta Kappa scholarship opportunities list, and saw one from the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation for $1,000. I clicked on it, and two seconds later, heard "I met her in a club down in old SoHo/Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like Coca-Cola/C-O-L-A cola..." in my headphones.

My iPod Shuffle is possessed, I swear to god.

No, iPods are intelligent entities. Either that, or mine is possessed, too.
When I was in Cambridge this summer, I visited Wren's library where they have - among other things - letters by Sir Isac Newton on display. And honest to God, the second I looked at those letters, my iPod started playing Placebo's Special K: Gravity/
No escaping gravity/Gravity/No escaping... not for free. I kid you not.

Another explanation could of course be that Sir Isaac and apples go along just fine. /lame joke>
