interdictor's journal. It's a firsthand account of the hurricane, from someone who survived it and is still in New Orleans. I haven't read it all (there are a LOT of posts) but it looks fascinating.

One of the earlier entries says that his AIM is IKilled007, but what with the almost 5000 people who have him friended on LJ (!) I don't know if he's still using it.
