~"Head Like A Hole" by Nine Inch Nails, off their album Pretty Hate Machine, which is hands-down my all-time favorite album.
Today was extremely hot, until just after I got home. Now it's pouring. I had an interview with Joshua, the Student Activities Office intern, for the SA Council. It was an extremely informal interview, lasting about twenty minutes, then he said I could hang out for a while. It turns out we agree that Spanish guys (with the clear exception of Antonio Banderas) are hot, Kansas City is the shithole of the world, and sports are a waste of time. I like Joshua, he's cool. Anyway, it looks like I get to be Diversity Chair for the Student Activities Council this fall, whee. That'll look good on scholarship and college apps.
Turns out Ben and Becca did break up. That's kind of sad. I mean, I know I thought it would happen all along, but it would have been cool if they'd beaten the odds. Ah, well. He seems happy about it.
Sparkling peach lemonade soda is quite possibly the weirdest thing I have ever drunk. Including the Orange Death drink I made at Halflab a couple years ago. (Orange juice, chocolate, hot sauce and green olives, if you were wondering. At least five people told me it would be fine if not for the olives.)
Here's a copy of "The Life," a
pottersues-inspired song by Skittle Sama. I think I pimped it a while back, but if you missed that (and you know what a Mary Sue is, of course), download and listen to it. It's hilarious.
Also, because I just haven't been blasphemous enough lately, the Book of Fanfic.
Also, Dear Abby rocks a lot harder than I thought she did.
